These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website simpletradery.com and any digital products, courses, guides, downloads, memberships and services (collectively, the “Products”) offered by Simpletradery Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our Products.

2. What we provide
We create and sell digital educational products focused on online marketing, content creation, information-product publishing and related digital-business skills. Our Products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not personalised business, financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and they do not guarantee any specific result, income or outcome. You are solely responsible for how you apply the information.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method used.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are shown at checkout and may be displayed in your local or in US currency. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as PayPal and our digital-product marketplaces). We do not store your full payment-card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms.
5. Delivery of digital Products
Our Products are delivered digitally, usually immediately or shortly after a successful payment, via download link, account access or email. No physical item is shipped. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to ensure you can receive and access digital files. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact us at contact@simpletradery.com and we will help.
6. Refunds
Our refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where a Product is purchased through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace’s refund process may also apply.
7. Licence and intellectual property
All content, branding, text, graphics, videos and downloadable materials on this website and within our Products are owned by or licensed to Simpletradery Pte Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property laws. When you purchase a Product, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own use, subject to the specific licence terms included with that Product (for example, personal-use or PLR/resell terms where stated). You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share or claim ownership of our materials except where a Product expressly grants those rights.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or our Products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to distribute malware, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to use our materials to create misleading, deceptive or harmful content.
